Weight goals

I’ve got a weight lose goal. I’m trying so hard to stick with it! Would you like a glimpse in?



My goal is 1.5 pounds per week.

My food intake goal is 22 Weight Watchers points (using the old points system) per day (roughly – there are 35 bonus points you get to use throughout the week as well, and you get extra points for exercising, as you see above). The basic plan is generally to eat salads and veggies in the day for lunch and snacks – and then have a regular dinner at night (making sure to not take seconds – and not snack after 8).

I’m so ready for it to be the weekend.

I’m tired. This dang cold is exhausting.
