Menu Plan Monday



Monday: Chicken Stirfry (now that I'm sick I'll just eat some of the rice).
Tuesday: Orzo with Roasted chicken and vegetables.
Wednesday: Dumplings.
Thursday: Turkey Croquettes w. Angel Hair light cream sauce and steamed vegetables.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: I will be away visiting my Nana in Victoria, so Paul is left to fend for him and Karen. Haha!

I always find stirfries are a good thing to eat depending on what I'm sick with. You can load them with lots of nutritious, vitamin rich foods, hot spices, and chicken to help combat things. doesn't work for stomach bugs tho!
